Food / Exercise for the Day

Breakfast: (again, with the honesty) 1/3 of a large papa murphy's pizza (1/6 pepperoni, 1/6 deLite chicken pesto)

Lunch: 1 cup chicken caesar salad, 1/2 c quinoa and avocado salad, 1/2 c "thai" noodle salad, 1/2 c. greek pasta salad, small slice of bread with 1 tbsp butter, a mini brownie

Sneaky Snacks: 1 chocolate chip and 1 choco chip oatmael cookie

Dinner:

  1. Damn, I eat one small meal a day. You should try it. I weigh every morning. If I gained a pound, I don't eat for a day. Try it.
