Diet/Exercise Log

Breakfast: pita breakfast meal from j-i-b
Lunch: Stoffers chicken, veg, and pasta
Dinner: Broccoli, turkey burger, cheddar cheese, slice of rosemary sourdough bread

Exercise: none today yet
